Clean, Green, Fighting Machine!

Just a couple of years ago, if you had told me I’d be sipping on a drink for LUNCH that was green, I’d say no thank you. While eating and living a healthy lifestyle is important, my thoughts are that it shouldn’t be torture. That’s why this smoothie recipe is going to change your life.

This delicious, creamy smoothie is not only healthy, packed with anti-oxidants and superfoods, but it is so creamy and delicious. The best part is, this recipe is simple and requires only 3-4 ingredients, making your life and budget a little easier. Definitely my favorite green smoothie recipe to date, and I hope you enjoy! πŸ™‚

Clean, Green, Fighting Machine:
-1 banana
-1 avocado
-3 cups of spinach
-Just a touch of water (or a splash of your favorite juice if you prefer a fruitier flavor). The more liquid you add, the less creamy it will be. I use very little water because I love this smoothie to taste rich and decadent!

Blend it all up, sip, and enjoy! πŸ™‚
