30 Days of Thankfulness: Friendship

My heart is filled with joy as I go through this amazing month thinking about all that I am thankful for. November is one of my favorite months, and I am so blessed to live in a world that has autumn leaves, pumpkin pie, and fireplaces. There is so very much to be thankful for in this world, but recently, I have remembered how important friendship truly is.

In the past 48 hours, I have spent time with two of my dearest girl friends…both amazing women that God brought into my life within the past year. While I have only known them for a short time, I can’t picture my life without them in it. You see, it may seem simple, but when you have gone so long without gal pals, true kindred spirits, you realize how refreshing and life-giving it is to have them around.

So today, I am thankful for my true friends…the girls who have become sisters that I can:

Eat pumpkin muffins with…
Make autumn wreaths with…
Drink tea with…
Laugh with…
Watch silly movies with…
Talk about marriage with….
Chat about homeschooling the children we don’t have with…
Ponder life with…
Talk about God with…
And do all of life with.

I am so blessed and insanely grateful for the incredible, godly, sweet women that I am able to share this November with. How has a friendship changed your life?
