This two ingredient recipe not only tastes amazing, but it’s simple, takes no time at all, and doesn’t empty your wallet!
Gluten Free Pancakes:
All you need is two eggs & one banana!
Mix your eggs in a bowl with the banana until the banana is mashed and mixed well.
Prepare your pan with cooking spray or coconut oil. Set your stove to medium heat, and spoon some of the batter into the center of your pan or skillet. Give each pancake about 20-30 seconds on each side. When they are lightly golden brown, they are all done.
If you still need your syrup fix, I love to top these delicious pancakes with organic honey, peanut butter, or almond butter.
